Dr. Cong Cao recently joined us at Caltech’s Center for Science, Society, and Public Policy as a postdoctoral instructor.  Cong’s research interests are in health & environmental economics, especially in the use of machine learning to model to complex interactions between climate change, meteorological factors, human behavior, and health outcomes.  Make sure to check out her research on her website!
