Postdoc in Artificial Intelligence & Public Policy

CSSPP has just posted an ad for a postdoctoral scholar in Artificial Intelligence & Public Policy.  The position is joint with Caltech’s Computing and Mathematical Sciences (CMS) Department.

The posted ad describes the position:

We are seeking computer science applicants with an interest in applications that have real-world policy uses or implications, or social science applicants with an interest in applying computational techniques to policy problems. The joint focus on policy and computation is essential, and experience with both is preferred. Topics include, but are not limited to the social implications of AI (algorithmic fairness, transparency, etc.), computational social science, computational problems in environmental and climate policy, and the impacts of geo engineering.

The postdoc will work closely with Caltech faculty associated with CSSPP and CMS.  If you are interested please apply using the information in the ad.
